In 2013, Mixin was born in the vibrant and dynamic city of Kabul. Armed with big dreams but limited resources, we started as a small design agency committed to delivering high-quality branding and creative solutions. Like many startups, we faced challenges—tight budgets, competitive markets, and the need to build a reputation from scratch. But we leaned into our passion for design and our belief in the transformative power of great branding. Step by step, client by client, we began to carve out our place in the industry.

By 2021, we had established a presence in London, bringing our creative expertise to a global stage. Working with international clients across diverse industries, including UN agencies such as UNICEF and UNDP, media outlets, startups, charity organizations, and many more, we grew not just in size but in vision. The lessons we learned from scaling operations and serving a wider audience became the foundation for the next chapter of our journey.
In 2025, we are proud to announce the opening of our new office in the US DMV area. This milestone represents more than just physical expansion; it’s a testament to our journey from a small Afghan startup to a globally recognized agency. Today, Mixin operates across Kabul, London, and Washington, serving clients worldwide with creativity, strategy, and innovation.
